 Important Dates, Events, and Opportunities 

Health Professions Advising and Education Abroad are partnering with Atlantis to offer a study abroad experience for pre-med students. We are offering a 1-credit course to shadow doctors in Croatia over winter break 2020. Visit the program website here to learn more, and attend our info session next Wednesday March 6th 12-1pm in LSC226-228.

*Pre-Chiropractic Club Interest Meeting with Dr. Ronil and Simone Pala
After a really successful presentation from Dr. Pala in the Exploring Health Professions course, and much interest stated, the doctors and Health Professions Advising are holding a meeting to see if there is interest in starting a pre-chiropractic club at CSU with Dr. Ronil and Simone Pala being mentors for the club officers (which would need to be selected) and members with an advisor from the Health Professions team being the advisor for the club. VS 410 Pets Forever, Section 401 for Summer 2019
- Pets Forever is a 3-credit, online service-learning course.
- The course is service focused and includes 5 hours/week in direct client contact. 
- Community service hours are flexible, chosen by the student and will remain consistent throughout the semester.
- Gain valuable communication and client relation skills with older adults and those with disabilities all while having fun with their beloved animal companions.
