In a separate document, please respond to the following prompt: Please describe why you want to be a doctor. You may also use this space to describe any other financial circumstances you would like the selection committee to be aware of as we consider your scholarship application.

Please limit your response to 750 words or two typed pages, 11pt font, double spaced. 

The scholarship award will pay for one MCAT prep course for one of the vendors on this page up to $2500.  Scholarship recipients will be chosen based on merit and demonstrated financial need. 

The deadline for submitting an application is 11:59PM on January 10, 2022.
