Save the Date and Updates

*We recommend that pre-health students meet with an advisor each semester. You can do that through our website or by calling the Collaborative for Student Achievement at (970) 491-7095. If you scheduled your appointment over the phone recently, please call to confirm your appointment because we’ve had some recent technological issues.

*The second Health Professions Interview Workshop for both human health professions and veterinary medicine will be held on Thursday, November 14th from 5:00 - 7:00 pm in the Stadium, room 1205. Chase Weldon from Career Services will join HP Advisor Ann Bowen in presenting general information (what to wear, what types of interviews you might encounter, tips) and the opportunity to 'practice'. They are leaving more time for practice than they did in the September workshop and 2 HP colleagues will join so they can break the group into two and allow more opportunities to practice.   You do not need to RSVP - just attend if you are interested. While this workshop is intended for those who may interview within the next 6 months, all health professions students are welcome.

*The AAMC MCAT 2020 pre-registration opened on October 8th! The January-June MCAT dates and registration for those will open on October 16th. Pre-registration is not required but highly encouraged so students can save time when they go in to register for the MCAT on October 16th.
