On your appointment date and time, arrive at the Collaborative for Student Achievement located in the new on-campus stadium and check in with the Front Desk. Your health professions advisor will come to the waiting area and escort you to her/his office for your meeting.
If you are not in the Fort Collins area, please call the Collaborative for Student Achievement and ask to schedule a phone appointment with a health professions advisor.
NOTE: Health Professions advisors do not see students on a walk-in basis; we see students by appointment only. Please contact the Collaborative for Student Achievement at (970) 491-7095 to set up an appointment.
