McKee Wellness Foundation Scholarship Program
McKee Wellness Foundation continuously strives to maintain an ongoing commitment to our community through education, patient care, community programs, and clinical support. The McKee Wellness Foundation Scholarships will be awarded to those that are diligent in their work efforts, philanthropic at heart, and those that show an unwavering devotion to promoting the best qualities in life. Each scholarship they offer evaluates an applicant’s involvement within their school, workplace, volunteering background, as well as extra-curricular activities.
High school seniors, current college students, adult learners, veterans, and McKee Medical Center/Banner NOCO Employees are encouraged to apply. Atlantis Free Webinar with Advice and Tips for Students Interested in Medicine
1-hour webinar where a current med student will share his advice & tips for students interested in medicine. Oliver Ha is a second year student at UT Austin’s Dell Medical School. After vigorous MCAT prep, he received a score of 526 out of 528, and got interviews at 9 of the 30 medical schools he applied to. After finishing his undergrad at Baylor in 2016, he took 2 gap years to teach middle school science in Dallas and was briefly on the Atlantis team in DC. Having benefited from the mentorship of other professionals, including his brother, a D.O. at the Mayo Clinic, Oliver is passionate about mentoring pre-med students.

March 21-28 Wilderness & Emergency Medicine Pre-Health Channel Islands Class
January 31 is the deadline to apply for need-based scholarships, covering 100% of fees for the March 21-28 Wilderness & Emergency Medicine Pre-Health Channel Islands class.The class is taught by University of Colorado School of Medicine faculty and provides both Wilderness First Responder and CPR certification.  It also provides a "back door pass" to the world of medicine from those in the field.

University of Michigan Samuel & Jean Frankel Cardiovascular Center 2020 Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) Program
The SURF program provides full-time research opportunities at the University of Michigan for 30 talented undergraduate students interested in cardiovascular research and medicine. The program starts Tuesday, May 26, 2020 and ends the first week of August.
